1. Who operates this website
This website is operated by Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd on behalf of LabelCutter Dies, based in Wadeville, Germiston. The site is intended for South African label printers, converters and related trade customers seeking rotary solid dies, flexible magnetic dies and magnetic cylinders made to order. Any reference to services, delivery areas or technical support is provided for general information only and does not create a binding contract until confirmed in writing by our team.
Where these terms refer to “we”, “us” or “our”, it means the operator of this website and the trading business represented here. If you contact us through the enquiry form, you agree that the details you submit are accurate and that you are authorised to make the enquiry on behalf of your business where applicable.
2. Website use and acceptable conduct
You may view the site and use the enquiry form for legitimate business purposes only. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, or use any automated method to scrape, disrupt or overload the site. Please do not submit false measurements, incorrect press details or misleading job information, as this can affect die design, proofing and turnaround times.
- Use the site only for lawful commercial enquiries.
- Do not interfere with security features or site functionality.
- Do not send material that is unlawful, defamatory or infringing.
- Do not misrepresent press specifications, repeat orders or delivery instructions.
3. Information, tolerances and order confirmation
We take care to present product and service information accurately, including details relevant to die manufacture, bearer setting, magnet checks, cylinder refurb and press trial support. However, technical information on this site is general and may change without notice. Final specifications, tolerances, materials, delivery dates and pricing are only confirmed once your order has been reviewed and accepted by our production and technical team.
Where CAD proofing, repeat matching or urgent remakes are requested, you remain responsible for checking that the supplied artwork, measurements and press data are complete and correct. A small error in supplied dimensions can lead to a poor fit, extra wear or a delay in dispatch, and we cannot accept liability for mistakes that arise from incorrect client instructions.
4. Intellectual property and content ownership
All text, layout, images, drawings, logos, technical descriptions and downloadable material on this site are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, whether owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy, publish, alter, reverse engineer or reuse site content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
- You may print or save pages for internal reference only.
- You may not remove copyright notices or ownership details.
- You may not reproduce technical drawings, CAD outputs or product descriptions as your own material.
- Any trade marks or names shown on the site remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Deliveries, dispatch and risk
We coordinate packing and dispatch for clients across Germiston, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Pinetown, Cape Town, Bellville and Gqeberha. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by load shedding, municipal restrictions, courier delays, road conditions or production volume. If a consignment is collected by a third party or sent to a nominated address, risk may pass at the point of handover as confirmed on the order paperwork.
Please inspect goods on arrival and report any visible damage, shortage or packing concern promptly. If the outer packaging shows signs of damage, note it at receipt where possible and keep all packaging for assessment. Delayed notification can make it difficult to investigate a claim properly.
6. Liability limits and exclusions
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on information found on it. This includes loss of production, loss of profit, press downtime or missed deadlines caused by factors outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where the law does not allow it.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website. Maintenance, network issues, server faults or other technical problems may affect availability from time to time. While we aim to keep the site accurate and current, we make no warranty that every item will be error-free at all times, because jobs change and specs may shift between enquiry and final approval.
7. Governing law and contact process
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute relating to the use of this website or the submission of an enquiry will be dealt with under South African law and in the appropriate forum having jurisdiction. If a clause in these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue in full force.
If you need clarification on a quotation, delivery instruction, repeat job or technical detail, please use the enquiry form on our contact page. Submitting the form does not create a binding obligation on us to supply until the order is confirmed in writing by our team. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the site means you accept the latest version.
