How We Plan Dispatch From Wadeville

Orders are packed and released from our Wadeville, Germiston base once the item has passed final checks and the paperwork matches the job details. For new work, repeat sets and remakes, we confirm the delivery address, contact person and receiving hours before anything leaves the shop.

Where timing matters, tell us if the goods need to reach a press room, stores area or loading bay by a specific time. We can then plan around traffic into Gauteng, the N3 and the N1, and we also allow for municipal access rules at industrial parks and business estates.

  • Confirm the full delivery address and site name
  • Share the receiving name and direct contact on site
  • Tell us your preferred delivery window or collection time
  • Flag any access rules, gate checks or vehicle height limits

Collection Planning For Urgent Work

If you are collecting from Germiston, we recommend you wait for dispatch confirmation before sending a driver. That way the job is packed, labelled and ready to hand over without delay. For urgent remakes or press trial support items, collection is often the quickest option when a machine is waiting on the floor.

Let us know the vehicle type and who will collect. If you are sending a courier, we can prepare the parcel for standard handover, but please make sure the driver knows the exact receiving point and reference number. A missed collection can cost a shift, especially when load-shedding or a line stoppage has already cut into production time.

  • Send the collector name before arrival
  • Bring the reference number or job name
  • Check that the vehicle can carry long or heavy items safely
  • Allow time for sign-off if you need a checked order copy

Receiving Requirements At Your Plant

When your order arrives, the receiving team should inspect the package before signing. Check that the outer wrap is intact, the label on the parcel matches your job and the quantity is correct. If the goods are for a magnetic cylinder, rotary solid die or flexible magnetic die, keep the packaging until the item has been fitted and checked on press.

For coastal sites in Durban, Cape Town, Bellville and Gqeberha, we suggest you store dies in a dry room once received. Moist air can affect storage conditions and handling, especially when the item will not be used straight away. If you have a humid plant, ask us about the best packing method for that route.

  • Inspect for damage before signing
  • Keep the packing until fitment is done
  • Store in a dry area away from floor wash water
  • Report any mismatch or shortage on the same day

What To Tell Us For Faster Dispatch

The more precise the order details, the easier it is to move your item through packing and dispatch. We need the job reference, the delivery or collection point, and any special handling notes. If a die must be protected from knocking or a cylinder needs separate wrapping, say so when you place the order.

If your site works with shift changes, state which shift should receive the parcel. That helps us avoid handover delays at changeover time. It also helps when the site has multiple entrances, security counters or a loading yard with a strict booking rule.

  • Job reference and item description
  • Full site address and nearest industrial landmark
  • Receiving window and after-hours instructions if needed
  • Any special packing or handling request

Delivery Areas We Support Every Week

We supply and dispatch to customers across South Africa from Germiston, with regular deliveries into Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Pinetown, Cape Town, Bellville and Gqeberha. For nearby customers in Wadeville, Alberton, Boksburg and surrounding industrial areas, collection can often be arranged faster than road delivery.

Lead times can shift when roads are busy, when a site has restricted access or when load-shedding affects the receiving schedule. If that happens we will keep you updated and help you choose the best option, whether that is a courier handover, planned collection or next-day release.

  • Germiston supply and local collections
  • Johannesburg and Pretoria deliveries
  • Durban and Pinetown deliveries
  • Cape Town, Bellville and Gqeberha deliveries

If A Parcel Is Delayed, Damaged Or Missing

If something does not arrive as expected, contact us through the enquiry form on our contact page with the job reference and a brief note on what happened. Photos are helpful if the parcel was damaged in transit or if the seal was broken before receipt. With the order details and photos we can check the release record and the packing notes.

For missing items, please check the receiving bay, stores and any shared courier drop point first. In busy plants one carton can be set aside by mistake, especially during shift handover. We will help trace the item and confirm whether a replacement, urgent remake or re-delivery is needed.
